New Health & Safety Guidelines
Due to the spread of COVID-19, we will ensure that everyone’s safety is protected in accordance with the national and local health and safety regulations. Most of the tours will be conducted outdoors, but we ask that you wear a mask and keep your social distance. We will make every effort to avoid crowded areas to make the tour as comfortable as possible.
Any COVID-19 symptoms?
Please refrain from participating in the tour if you or anyone around you are sick or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc.
Cancellations due to the COVID-19
For cancellations due to COVID-19 reasons, the customer will be fully refunded, even if they wouldn’t commonly be eligible for a refund. We ask you to present the medical certificate from your doctor in that case.
If you have a fever over 37.5 degrees Celsius or symptoms of infection when we meet, or after the tour starts, you will be asked to leave the tour at that point. In this case, the tour fee will not be refunded. Return transportation will be at your own expense.
Social Distancing
For in-person tours, we follow the COVID-19 safety protocols, keeping a minimum distance of one meter from other people to reduce the spread of the virus. Physical contact, such as hugging and shaking hands between tourists and guides, is prohibited during the COVID-19 outbreak. Masks are required for the duration of the walking tour.
