Our Cancellation ＆ Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the tour start time (Japan time) will receive a full refund of the tour except for a 5% transaction fee.
Cancellations made 14-7 days prior to the tour start time (Japan time) will be refunded 50% of the tour fee, excluding a 5% transaction fee.
Cancellation within six days of the tour start time (Japan time) will not be accepted. There will be no refunds given if you initiate a cancellation after the tour starts.
However, if you contact us at least 48 hours prior to the tour start time (Japan time), we will issue a voucher for an equal amount to the tour fee. The voucher will be issued as a gift card in Japanese yen. The gift card is valid for two years and can be used for any tour of the same price listed on this website. No refunds or vouchers will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the tour start time (Japan time).
Refunds will be issued to the specified account within 10 days after the refund is processed.
Reschedule Policy
For any reason you are unable to join the tour on the scheduled date, we will do our best to accommodate and adjust the tour for another date or time for free. However, if we are unable to do so, we will issue a voucher for an amount equal to the tour fee you paid. The voucher will be issued as a gift card in Japanese yen. The gift card is valid for two years and can be used for any tour of the same value listed on our website. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please refer to the cancellation and refund policy above.
In the case of inclement weather
We will generally present the tour in sunny, rainy, or snowy weather. However, in the case of inclement weather and there is a severe weather advisory warning in effect at the time of the tour, we will contact you and discuss the options for rescheduling. If we are unable to adjust the itinerary and the tour is deemed unsafe (due to inclement weather, earthquakes, public health concerns), we will cancel the tour and offer a refund of the tour price excluding a 5% transaction fee.
Online Tour Cancellation & Exchange Policy
If you are unable to join the tour on the scheduled date and time, you can make arrangements with the guide and change the date and time free of charge.
If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the start of the online tour, you will receive a full refund, except for a 5% transaction fee.
If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the start of the online tour, you will not receive a refund on the online tour fee.
