About Itinerary Planning:
We’re happy to help you plan your personalized itinerary.
Guide fees may vary depending on early or late hours, or if overnight stays are required.
A 20% service fee applies for this planning assistance.

• Hotel pickup and drop-off

What‘s not included

• Transportation: Transportation expenses for both the customer and the guide are to be paid on-site. We usually use the subway, which costs around 1,000 JPY per person per day.
  If you wish to use a taxi or a private car, please let us know in advance.
• Entrance Fees: Admission fees for both the customer and the guide are not included. Pre-booked experiences or reservations arranged in advance are charged separately.
• Lunch: Lunch expenses for both the customer and the guide are to be covered by the customer. Lunch typically costs around 1,500–2,500 JPY per person.
• Gratuity: Tips are not included and are optional, but always appreciated.

Payment Policy:
Your booking will be confirmed once full payment has been received.
Payment instructions will be provided after your tour details are finalized.
