Cancellation Policy

🌿 Cancellation & Refund Policy (Japan Harmony Travel)

General Policy
Cancellations made at least 15 days before the tour start time (Japan time) will receive a full refund, minus a 5% transaction fee to cover bank transfer or credit-card processing costs.
Cancellations made 14–7 days prior to the tour start time will receive a 50% refund, minus the 5% transaction fee.
Cancellations made within six days of the tour start time (Japan time) are not eligible for a refund, as final arrangements will already have been made.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the tour begins.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free of charge, provided that both the customer and the guide are available on the new date.
If no mutually available date can be arranged, a voucher equal to your paid tour fee will be issued.
The voucher is valid for two years and can be applied to any tour of the same price.

Weather & Safety
Tours will proceed as scheduled in case of light rain.
However, if a severe weather warning (such as a typhoon, heavy snow, or storm alert) is issued, or if public transportation is suspended, we will contact you to discuss rescheduling.
If the tour must be cancelled due to safety concerns, a refund will be provided, minus the 5% transaction fee.
Alternatively, you may choose to receive a voucher of equal value, valid for two years.

Paid Activities
For paid activities or experiences arranged through third-party organizations, refunds follow the policy of each provider.
In most cases, once payment has been made to the activity organizer, it is non-refundable.
